Our new construction division, Paradigm Ventures, strives to meet the ever-changing needs of the residential and light industrial markets. We supply and install all different types of exterior cladding products including vinyl siding, Hardie Plank, Canexel, shakes, soffits, fascia, continuous eavestroughing, custom aluminium shapes, louvers, and deck railings. WE ARE COR CERTIFIED
In 2002, as a response to the new provincial safety regulations, we became the front-runner in our industry's quest for safer jobsites by becoming the first Alberta siding company to achieve the COR Certification. In addition, we chaired an industry-wide committee in the development of the "Safety Best Practices," which was published by the Alberta Construction Association and designed to provide an outline on how to safely install exterior systems. This means you can have us on your sites and have no concerns about our safety, or the safety of others on the job with us.
WE TRAIN OUR OWN INSTALLERS
Since the labour crunch began, a great deal of our management's time and effort has gone into finding ways we can maintain a qualified and reliable source of installers into the future. The result is our "Siding School". We have anywhere from 2-10 students at any time working in fully supervised crews in the field. Once the trainees gain the experience required to go on their own, we help them purchase the necessary equipment and provide them with all the work they need. This has given us the ability to grow with the market, while still maintaining our exceptional quality of installation. Your homes will get high-quality installation and will be completed on time!
