Scott Residence
This home suffered from aluminium frame windows and poorly insulated walls. New windows were installed throughout, along with rigid-foam insulation, new siding, aluminium shutters, and custom capping. The result was a better-looking house with warmer rooms, and even a grant from the government to help cover the costs!

Flasha Residence
In this home, the new windows were installed by another contractor. We coordinated the new window installation with new insulation, siding, soffits, fascia, eavestrough, and custom capping to create a significantly more efficient and much more visually appealing home. All of the original material was removed and taken away. As always, the yard was cleaner when we left then when we arrived!

Joevenazzo Residence
The south-facing front room in this house was getting too much sunlight. The homeowner had all the windows covered over to protect the inside of her house! We re-framed the entire front wall (including the insulation, drywall, and taping), installed two custom triple-glazed windows, rigid-foam insulation, and new colour-fast siding. The house was left with renewed curb appeal and a much more comfortable living space.
